Discover myofascial techniques to enhance pain relief, improve range of motion, and deepen your body awareness at this Myofascial workshop, led by Bridget Henson, owner of Practice Yoga Cincinnati and hosted by Project Yoga studio partner Mint Yoga Studio.

“Myofascial (my-o-FASH-e-ul) release”  describes a way of releasing tightness and discomfort in the myofascial tissues throughout the body. “Myo” means muscles and “Fascial” refers to the thin layer of connective tissue that covers and supports the muscles in body.  Through an explorations of gentle movement exercises, this workshop will show you helpful ways to release tension in your fascial tissues that can improve your quality of life!

Whether you have a concept of myofascial release or this is the first time hearing it, this workshop is for you. We will learn some basic techniques to help you find some pain relief, possible range of motion gains and an appreciation for body awareness. for body awareness.
