Project Yoga is a 501(c)(3) non-profit organization dedicated to bringing the therapeutic benefits of yoga and mindfulness as intervention modalities to underserved and at-risk communities. The pairing of mindfulness and yoga can reverse habitual responses to difficulty.
We lead classes week in, week out – working with individuals who benefit from consistent, expert guidance. Project Yoga is committed to helping people with the greatest need in Greater Cincinnati – one breath at a time.

Over 30,000 children and adults have moved on mats with us since 2008. Our partners are seasoned organizations and non profits who we collaborate with to understand needs in order to customize curriculum.

4.12.19 —Project Yoga on the Go: Mint Yoga
We are taking our practice on the road in 2019 with Project Yoga on the Go! This class at Mint Yoga is the second of our quarterly yoga experiences in 2019. Our class at Mint will be lead by studio owner Tiffany Brennan and accompanied by some great music. Come to kick of Spring 2019 with the Project Yoga community!
