Yoga & mindfulness for underserved communities,

one breath at a time.

Project Yoga is a 501(c)(3) non-profit organization dedicated to bringing the therapeutic benefits of yoga and mindfulness as intervention modalities to underserved and at-risk communities. The pairing of mindfulness and yoga can reverse habitual responses to difficulty.

We lead classes week in, week out – working with individuals who benefit from consistent, expert guidance. Project Yoga is committed to helping people with the greatest need in Greater Cincinnati – one breath at a time.

Programs & Partners

Over 30,000 children and adults have moved on mats with us since 2008. Our partners are seasoned organizations and non profits who we collaborate with to understand needs in order to customize curriculum.

We're Fast Pitch Finalists!

#3minutesthatmatter. That's what Executive Director Gina Fennell will be sharing as Project Yoga makes a Fast Pitch on March 7th at the Duke Energy Center. We're in the running to win up to $30,000 in grant money from Social Venture Partners.

Madtree & Project Yoga

Hello yogis! Due to an event booking for Sunday morning, yoga will be cancelled again for this Sunday July 8th. We plan to be back in action on Sunday July 15th! We apologize for any inconvenience.

Madtree Brewery plays host to a Sunday 9:30 am class led by Project Yoga teachers.  The money raised fund Project Yoga programs at places like Off the Streets, Central Clinic and more. Donate what you can and enjoy an all level class in Madtree's Tap Room. Great morning light and plenty of room for your mat. Nice sound quality too. Heart this.

Grant from Interact for Change

Project Yoga has received $7,500 from The Peter F. Levin Philanthropic Fund at Interact for Change. This generous grant is the request of Peter Levin, Project Yoga Co-Founder and Honorary Board Member.
